A Successful Investment Story in Dairy Production
Over 900 carefully selected cows producing high-quality milk
State-of-the-art infrastructure exceeding 10,000 m²
The idea of Maria Dairy Farm began as a dream in 2017. Over years of planning and dedicated work, it transformed into a fully integrated project, with total investments exceeding 350 million Turkish liras by 2025, becoming one of the leading model projects in the healthy milk production sector in Türkiye.
The farm's pilot operational phase launched in 2021 with the arrival of the first batch of Holstein cows, a globally recognized breed known for its high milk production. From the very beginning, our goal was clear: to produce high-quality milk by providing each cow with the ideal environment that ensures comfort and health, directly enhancing both the quality and quantity of production.

In 2018, our team of experts began the search for land that met the ideal environmental and health conditions for cattle farming. Multiple factors were meticulously analyzed, including:
Soil type
Quality, location and depth of groundwater
Atmospheric conditions and air purity
We selected an exceptional site in Kırklareli Province, located in the European part of Türkiye, due to:
Clean air, far from pollution sources and epidemics
Being one of the major cities in the dairy industry, ensuring proximity to factories in addition to the advantages of the European side
A strategic location in Değirmencik Village, only 8 km from Kırklareli city center, the provincial capital
Close proximity to the international highway leading to Europe through Bulgaria, located only about 40 km from the Bulgarian border
This ideal location, combined with advanced infrastructure and long-term planning, positions Maria Dairy Farm as a promising investment opportunity in the dairy sector—a sector built on quality and sustainability.
Maria Dairy Farm was established in 2021 as a modern model project for producing healthy milk, aiming to meet the rising demand for high-quality dairy products in the local market. The farm is situated on a fully integrated facility that includes:
🐄 6 cow barns with a building area exceeding 10,000 m², accommodating up to 1,004 cows.
