Two new adjacent lands were purchased with a total area of 36.5 dunums to be added to the main land of the farm, which had an area of 90 dunums, so that the total area becomes 126.5 dunums. This strategic land acquisition represents a significant investment in the farm's long-term growth and sustainability. The additional land provides crucial opportunities for expansion and diversification of our operations. The newly acquired land will be utilized for: • Fodder production to reduce feed costs and ensure quality nutrition • Organic fertilizer recycling and waste management • Future infrastructure expansion as the herd grows • Grazing areas for improved animal welfare • Buffer zones for environmental protection Strategic Benefits: The adjacent location of the new parcels is particularly valuable, as it maintains the continuity of our operations and simplifies logistics. The land's soil quality has been thoroughly tested and found excellent for growing high-quality fodder crops. Sustainability Impact: By producing our own fodder on-site, we significantly reduce our carbon footprint and transportation costs while ensuring complete control over the quality of our animals' nutrition. This vertical integration is a key part of our commitment to sustainable farming practices. The investment demonstrates our confidence in the farm's future and our commitment to creating a fully integrated, self-sufficient dairy operation. The expanded land holdings provide room for growth for many years to come while supporting our environmental sustainability goals.
